Bidra med feedbackTruly didn't want fast food after having had fast food for lunch but to appease the hubby decided to let him have his way. Lol. I ordered a grilled cheese and tater tots. Tater tots were great but the grilled cheese tasted like it had been fried in fish grease. I'll pass on choosing this place until they step their game back up.
A friend and I who has a strong nut allergy, came and ate dinner last night. This was our first time eating their and.... The food was good and tasty, and I got the shrimp ? platter and I was happy with the proportions and serving sizes of shrimp. Also the shrimp wasn't heavily breaded either which was a big plus. Love me some tater tots too ??.
Sidney took excellent care of us! The Moose Chicken Cheesesteak was amazing. I couldn't decide between tots or fries and they gave me the option of a half and half basket. A lot of food! The lemonade is delicious and fresh squeezed. I like that it doesn't have as much pulp as chic-fil-a and also that at Hwy 55 it's only $1.00 for a refill. The kids got root beer floats. Good food, great service!
We ordered four combos, nothing difficult, and they forgot a series of points. Of course we didn't know until we came home, so we wanted to get a refund. they refused. I need to request a refund from the owner by e-mail. for a sequence of points. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be a pain, but it's a tiny refund for her mistake. I don't have to jump through hoops to fix it. we will not return.

I continued to order take out food for my family as we visit this restaurant every Wednesday night and we loved the service! Fast forward, I get home , look at my food and there?s hardly any cheese steak on my large subs. The bread is all broken and wet. I immediately call the supervisor on duty. He was awesome! He even agreed he knew it was bad. He then Told me he spoke with the owner and owner agreed we can return and my families meal would be free. We show back up to the restaurant two days later and the restaurant waitress verified the incident, saw my name in the book and agreed to our meal being taken care of. This was verified before we placed our food order. Fast forward, we eat our meal the waitress brings our check and apologizes stating the owner will only take off one sub. We asked to speak to the owner and he refused to see us. I questioned if it was because our race, because I witnessed a group of white families having their meals free of charge due to bad service with no question. The owner never spoke to us even though he was only a few feet away. It was extremely disappointing. We paid for our meal, but We will no longer be making our Wednesday trips to this restaurant due to the owners poor customer service. Can not support a business who?s owners don?t respect the people financially keeping them in business.
