In my view, this is the best Mexican restaurant in southeastern Wisconsin! Everything is made fresh to order, and their guacamole pairs perfectly with tacos or any other item on the menu. My personal favorite is the steak tacos, but the al pastor is also fantastic, whether in tacos or chimichangas. The staff is polite and attentive, and the decor is charming. There’s ample seating, and the prices are quite reasonable.
I had a bit of trouble finding El Burrito Jarocho because the GPS directed my family to Ramirez Restaurant instead. I suspect there may have been a name change. The restaurant itself was clean, and the service was friendly. However, the food was low-cost but didn't impress me. The beans, salsa, and tacos lacked flavor. I’m not sure if I would return, but I recommend giving it a try at least once, as it might have just been an off night.
My tacos were mediocre at best and my wifes were un-edible. I like the rice. Prices very reasonable. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Had a hard time understanding the waitress. Won't be back!
The food was amazing, and the waitresses here are really attentive and polite. This is definitely a go-to place for delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere!
