They were super busy but still managed to get our meal to us in a timely fashion. Only bummer was a member of our party was celebrating their birthday and we told the server hoping to get sung to but it didn't happen

It pains me to write this review, as we’ve been going to this particular RR since it opened more then 25 years ago and have always had a good experience. But last night we waited 62 minutes from when we were seated until our food arrived. Even worse,numerous people were seated after us, got their food, and had left by the time we got ours. Our party of five, including twochildren, didn’t order anything odd that I could see. Yet we were passed up repeatedly. The server was embarrassed and said wewere “next up”, yet we then watched about ten tables get their food while we did not. My youngest daughter soaked a napkinwith her tears because she was so hungry. No joke. Management took 50% off the bill, which I appreciate. Like most businessesthey are clearly struggling with staffing right now. I get it. But having a sobbing, hungry daughter and waiting for 62 minutesfor food while everyone else gets fed earns one star.

The service was fantastic. We got there before the lunch rush. It was just my daughter and myself. We were offered fries right away while we waited for our food. They got really busy really fast and our server still was great and didn't forget us. Thestaff was really on it and worked well as a team to ensure the least possible wait times.

Stopped by for a quick bite during the lunch rush. The wait was around 5 minutes to be seated, the bar was open seating. Everything came out as ordered, the fries were hot/fresh! Service was friendly and efficient.

If you think those extra baskets of bottomless fries are free you are sadly mistaken. They come at a great cost: your valuable time. Service is agonizingly slow. Wait over 30 minutes to get food then ask for more fries and wait another 15+ minutes. Neveran apology for it either. Would have liked another fry basket, but also didn't want to sit and wait for another 15+ minutes.Wasn't even busy when I was there either. Maybe half capacity if not less.
