Tokyo Express Japanese Steakhouse

This establishment took my online order and while I was awaiting my order I continued to entertain guest and without knowing, they cancelled my order. I received no indication of this and I had to then rearrange my dinner plans for my guests on a whim. Very inconvenient and very embarrassing for myself. I would never recommend this place because they obviously cannot be depended on.

3 years and you still cant eat in. Sign says due to covid and staffing issues. I grew up in burlington and have eaten there lord know how many times never seen more than 3 people working there and they never had any dining room staff, get your food go the the table and eat. As for covid we all know by now we have to live with it and we know how to deal with it. Its kinda become an excuse when literally everwhere else opened dining rooms over a year ago.And honestly the food quality has drastically dropped. The meat was chewy and pieces of it were cold. Used to absolutely love the place. Doubt I go back now sadly.

I got food delivered to me and the chicken was raw and still clucking. The vegetables were mush, but raw chicken was my main issue. -1000/10

Food use to be very good , has gone down hill lately, seems they are cutting corners, got Hibachi vegetables and they used green beans, was not good!!!!

This food was terrible. Order delivery. Teriyaki chicken and fried rice. Seaseme chicken. White rice. Crab ragoon. Egg roll.Teriyaki chicken was not hibachi style. It was unseasoned STEAMED chicken with sauce on half of it after cooking. Teriyaki sauce is thicc , not in the good way. Egg roll and crab ragoons were good but i ordered three orders. Online it shows 3 in an order. I got 4?i ordered 3 of these total. For 3$ a wonton essentially. Ok. Seaseme chicken, old. I ate about 4 pieces as this was done before i just threw it. Green beans with japanese food?! Nooooo. !! Sauce not good. Rice ok i guess but not great. Waste of money in a big city.
