Jessica made the best pita!!! Thanks girl. Deserves a raise!

I’m not sure what the ladies name is, she has brown hair and really cool ear piercings. She was the sweetest person i’ve ever met! I came in with a dead phone and she let me borrow her charger and gave me the best customer service, seriously made my day. I then sat and ate my pita she made for me (which was delicious might i add), and watched her be so kind to ever other customer that came in to the store. Amazing person. I hope she sees this!

Customer service has gone downhill at this location! VERY disappointed.

One of the best service I had at a Pita Pit. Joey and Jessica are very friendly and gave good recommendations on toppings.

It took me longer than it should've to write this review but I came in Monday morning and was served by a older women. Unfortunately, I was met with a lot of attitude by this employee when specifying I was allergic to one of the items at the sandwich counter. I'm not deadly allergic to this item, so I kindly asked if she handled that item to change her gloves. After that, I overheard her making comments about how she forgotten how annoying customers can be to a younger female employee. I haven't been to this location in a while as I have moved but the last time I was here, the environment was really welcoming, and the staff was really friendly. Very disappoint to see how that has changed. Please do better.
