Boston Pizza Station Square - Burnaby

I visited this restaurant on Friday night, September 23rd with my sister. We were not very hungry and decided to order some light dishes like chicken wings and salad. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our visit, such as seating, cleanliness, and preparation. We only had to wait for 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad. However, we were seated in a loud area where people were mainly hanging out or watching sports. The floor was sticky every time I got up from my table. The staff seemed to be very busy and forgot to bring us cutlery. Despite these issues, the food was decent. The chicken wings, onion rings, and salad were freshly made and tasty. There were no problems with the food itself. However, it seemed like cleanliness had been neglected. The staff was apologetic about the forgotten cutlery and salad dressing.

My family of four went to dinner at this restaurant on Friday night. I suggest arriving early as they do not take reservations. We got there at 5:40 and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, which wasn't too bad. For appetizers, we had a garden-green salad, half Caesar salad, calamari, onion rings, and Bandera bread. The main dishes we ordered included a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza, pepperoni pizza, Royal Hawaiian (a bit spicy), and Thai Chicken Bites. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Our only issue was that the service was a bit slow, but it was a busy Friday night. Our server, Wennie, was very friendly and attentive. Just a heads up, parking is limited so you may need to use underground garages or park at Metrotown's underground car park and walk up the slope. We will definitely be returning.

I tried the Christmas dinner themed poutine at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting it to be either really bad or just average, but it turned out to be really good. The cranberry sauce was cold, the rest of the meal was hot, and it tasted just like a Christmas dinner to me. I wish there had been more cranberry sauce, but that's just because I love it. The server was attentive and polite, even apologizing when she thought my beer took too long. I reassured her that I was in no hurry and she made sure to let me know when the last call for Happy Hour was. Overall, I had a great experience and as someone who doesn't usually eat here, I'll definitely be looking out for special offers to try in the future.

The Boston Pizza is well known for people after their game and a place to hang out, I use to go the old Boston pizza on the old station place after our baseball game, and hang out and watch the hockey game!... as she moves to the new station place, I don't have my food in, I finally have the opportunity because of my girl Very friend #5 in the city for a few days and just a few minutes to hang her decor! , it looks great, but some area is too narrow, we do not want a great meal, so we order the 10 Tuscan pizza, very tasty, with the balanced mix of flavors! Spicy hot! also we double order the Hot Chicken Wing, excellent crispy, also the Calamari is not greasy at all, but the part looks a little small, but about all ., very delightful and satisfied, service is friendly, price is reasonable, unique menu that;s why they have been in business for a long time! So, after a game, it is a nice place to hang out, but some time too loud! so come before the rush hours, surely you will love their pizza also an outside door terrace!

I was taken aback having been told upfront of the mandatory “15% gratuity” for 5 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 8. I would have left gratuity anyway because the server is obviously a student. This 15% gratuity is completely unnecessary.
