Dairy Queen/Orange Julius - Burnaby

Very old building ,very dirty place ,tablets so dirty ,too many untrained young kids working , the ice cream is excellent ,but after when I saw the staff biting her nails and server my ice cream same time ! sorry ,no thanks !

Got a smoothie here and it was pretty goodFreshly made on the spotIts great on a hot day.

(Referring to the one on the lower level near EB games) Terrible serviceI had ordered a medium sized blizzard ice cream.

I had an Entertainment coupon for buy one get one free hot dog combo.

I have attempted multiple times to use my gift cards at Dairy Queen, but every location I have visited - whether it be at Metrotown by the food court, Metrotown by Superstore, the mall location, or the Kensington location - has told me that their machines are not working and cannot read my gift card. It is frustrating that this issue has occurred at multiple places, and I suspect it is because they already have our money and now cannot provide the product in return. This is disappointing and unfair, and as a result, I will not be purchasing a Dairy Queen gift card again. It feels like a dishonest practice.
