The Boss - Burnaby

I ordered ox tongue with rice (around $17 to $18 before tax) this afternoon. The taste is fine, but there was only one piece which is far less than other restaurants' food (usually 2 3 pieces with the same price). I did not pay tips for this meal. Not recommend for coming to this restaurant.

Very well prepared food, great quantity, everything fresh, the seafood food is amazing, the taste is wonderful, all the chefs in the kitchen are very professional, the queue is always long, but it's really worth the wait. They only accept cash, so be prepared to have cash in your pocket when you go there. Mostly come here for their all day breakfast. Their brisket noodle soup is really good and service is decent. The only drawback is the wait time and how it's cash only.

Great noodles, no MSG， special deal everyday. Highly recommend to try. Go early cos it is busy.

Boss restaurant is my #1 spot for quick Chinese food. Reasonable price and quick service. Even on weekends, wait times are short.
