Bidra med feedbackIf you are advertising breakfasts to the public please accept them in your establishment. My husband and I visited with our Granddaughter 16.2.24 at approximately 9.15 am. A lady informed us that you were only serving to guests of Premier Inn. It was obvious to all that there were vacant tables. A couple and two mothers with children were also turned away. Disgusting! We have had breakfast at the Queen Victoria on many previous occasions.
I waited in line at the bar for 10 minutes to place my order. When I returned to my table, someone else was seated there. I had to go back to the bar to wait for another table to be assigned to me. Frustrated with the wait, I decided to just sit at the bar. The meal was quick and tasty, but I never received my dessert. After waiting for 45 minutes, I eventually left. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but the restaurant was not very busy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I received a warm and fantastic welcome from Jason at Brewers Fayre. He was friendly, helpful, and a joy to meet. Jason made sure that my vegan needs were catered to excellently. I am grateful for his excellent service; he is definitely an asset to Brewers Fayre.
Krystal was very helpful in our recent visit to brewers Fayre, Queen Victoria, Burnley. She advised on what best to order for a child and brought it into the play area for us.
We were treated like royalty during our visit to this restaurant. The staff, especially Megan, were all fantastic and made sure our drinks were always full. Thank you for making my husband's birthday extra special.
