Eastern Delight - Burnley

Went in and ordered some chips, they were good but I saw them do them and the fryer was ancient, it was pitch black and crusty. Put me right off the chips and the place.

I have used this place for years and never had a bad word until now. My order took 45 minutes to arrive which wasn't my order. I phoned the shop and they said they were making it. Five minutes later it arrived, all the food was stone cold, the pizza looked like it had been cooked 3 times. The meat portion on the kebab was tiny. I would of rather waited another 45 minutes for fresh food than what I received. The lot is in the bin, very disappointed.

I don't why this place get negative reviews the kebabs are delicous cut straight from rotary the pokaras taste like proper pokaras and the somasa are delicous and homemade a takeaway that takes pride in their food.

Absolutely nothing about this venue is a delight my advice to all is DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I made that mistake and resulted in me being delivered a kebab filled with uncooked meat including RAW chicken!! The overall quality of the meal was disgraceful and completely inedible! Various meats visually appeared mushed together, sloppy, and unidentifiable, the only meat I am able to recognise is Chicken and Donner. Reviewing the chicken the texture was slimy and rubber like with the centre evidently still uncooked. The Donner meat was provided in small chunks which again in a slop like form mushing together breaking away from large pieces of gristle. Very disappointed will not be ordering from here again

First time I ordered from here, would highly recommend you give them a try!
