Shell - Burns

Locally owned, gas and food cooked inside is always a win, win.

They've stopped accepting credit cards and now expect you to provide your PIN number to pump gas. This is a major invasion of privacy and security, as it puts your money at risk. To make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns, they basically told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. So guess what? I will be getting my gas elsewhere.

I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant this morning. The woman at the counter was very rude and even yelled at me, which made me leave without making a purchase. I ended up driving 5 miles out of my way and spent more on gas as a result. While I understand that many people are fortunate to have jobs during these times, they also need to be mindful of others, especially when we are all trying to navigate daily stresses, particularly at such an early hour. It would have been better if this employee had taken the day off instead of starting off so negatively for everyone else.

The restaurant is clean and well-stocked with everything you need. However, the attendant on Sunday mornings is incredibly rude for no apparent reason!

It would be great if they answered their phone. I tried to order pizza several times, but no one ever picks up.
