Five Seasons Family Sports Club is creative on how to include family activities in everything they have to offer. They are able to bring together experts that are able to give their customers the best experiences. The coaches for swimming and tennis are phenomenal.

Not quite Pickleball ready. Also not responsive via text. The gentleman’s breath stunk when talking to me about pickleball options.

It's hit or miss if someone's going to answer the phone. Regardless of the time of day. The steam rooms have been out in both the men and the women's locker rooms for months. They have run out of excuses. However, no one is giving refunds. Shaving cream is non-existent as it used to be existent, in the man's locker room. We read about all these improvements that are coming, but we see more broke down machines and as I mentioned, steam rooms, then improvements. Yet, we are asked to supplement an extra month because of COVID. Coming close to canceling our memberships. We can get this type of service and other things, for much cheaper price. We'll wait till the end of February. Hoping for improvements. At least repairs.

The trainers are attentive, very knowledgeable, and help foster a supportive, encouraging environment for members. I look forward to each and every workout!
