Subway - Burton

We received excellent treatment at this restaurant. We ordered takeout for dinner and the price per person was $10-$20. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I do not recommend eating here. The employee did not hear part of my order and instead of trying to fix the mistake, he began gaslighting me and telling me to leave the store. I was shocked by his behavior. When I asked about pricing and to speak to a manager, he refused to give me a refund for food I hadn't even received, and wouldn't provide any contact information for me to resolve the issue. I was not rude to him, and I was even in uniform as a paramedic. After posting about the incident online, another man (likely the same employee) attempted to discredit me by lying about what happened. I believe this man has a manipulative personality disorder and should not be working in customer service. The way he treated me caused me so much stress that I ended up vomiting shortly after. However, after submitting a complaint to Subway, a different man reached out to me and promised to give me a refund. I hope he follows through. I usually avoid conflict, but I refuse to be taken advantage of like that. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mike at this Subway location really enhanced our dining experience. He was exceptionally friendly and prepared our sandwiches with care. It was a refreshing change from other Subway restaurants we have been to. If you happen to come across Mike, be sure to let him know how awesome he is. Have a great day, man. The sandwich was outstanding and the chipotle sauce was truly magical. Hopefully, you will find some time to enjoy the beautiful weather. It's unfortunate that you have to work a double shift on such a nice day. From my wife and me to your manager, please consider giving this guy a raise. Take care! Love this place in Burton. Wrll run, short staffed because of lazy ppl not wanting to work, but they get it done! Rita and Bonnie are awesome.
