Mcdonald's - Bury

Called in last night. Could only order using a giant screen instead of speaking to a human. Took some time to find the correct buttons to press. Food was ok, normal mcdonalds. There was a man mopping the floors making them extremely slippery. I accidentally went skating once on it then a man slipped trying to put something in the rubbish bin. he ended up clinging to the bin with his feet sliding around like a scene from home alone. It was very amusing but rather dangerous. wear footwear with good grips and take care if the floor is wet.

Just called for a quick meal No shakes or ice creams machine being mended apparently . 2 grand Big Macs cold. One the bun is all burnt and actually looks like a bite out of the pattie inside the bun. Total waste of time and money. Won’t be returning here

The guy that was handling our food stunk like he hadn't washed for days. Couldn't bring myself to eat the food I brought.

Visited in Dec thinking service would be quick after having long day shopping with a child and baby in tow. The service we received was absolutely appalling we ordered two chicken big tasty meals, only to receive the beef big tastys, my partner complained so they sorted it out but when the food finally arrived it was freezing so he complained yet again. The associate that served us took it away and told her Co workers they needed to sort it out although she seemed more concerned about her plans for the weekend and the two cooks seemed to find the whole thing hilarious and continued to giggle amongst themselves. We waited 10 minutes for the food to come back to us, when it finally did the associate threw it down and said sorry about that! We opened the boxes to find the same two burgers staring back at us, still ice cold with the chicken in such a state a good vet could have revived it. Absolute joke!At this point we were so angry so just asked for full refund. The lads behind cooking food where laughing and nobody tried to rectify the issue. When a manager finally came to see us it was clear he still had his mum dress him in the mornings and did beg the question if he was old enough to be out past team time without a chaparone. He then preceded to insult us further by asking if we wanted a refund or another burger, sorry kid but you messed it up three times so we weren 't about to let the pre pubescent children have another crack at it. When the refund was being processed another associate asked if we would still like the burgers..... Sorry sweetheart but I wouldn 't feed that to my dog. Shocking customer service from beginning to end.

Shocking behaviour. I ordered 4x fries and the person taking the order put through 1 so when I git to the end window they refused to give me then or even let me pay and was telling me to go back round again ! Disgusting attitudes and so unhelpful when it was an employees fault !
