Panera Bread - Butler

Ordered and waited over 1/2 hour for my 1/2 sandwich soup. Wasn't a happy camper..

Most of the time the coffee is out and have to go get someone to fill the coffee and the creamers. For a coffee shop this should be maintain better. The tables and chairs most of the time need clean, think with covid still out there this would be on the list of things to do. They also need to have more than one person working the register, sometime the line is to the door.

It's ok if you like high price food and beverages, I had a half chipotle chicken and avocado melt , bag of chips and a small black coffee and it cost almost 13 dollars. The tiny half sandwich was good but could of had more flavor and so was the bag of chip and the black coffee.

I'm never disappointed! I had a new Green Goddess Caprese Melt-Toasted Baguette and it was excellent!!

Never had a bad experience. Staff is super nice. Manager is great. He is always pleasant.
