El Jalisience Taco Truck - Butteville

Sign says Fire Tacos so not sure if new owner or not. The food is good but not 4-star good. Friendly service but no need to rush back.

Was headed to a Subway and saw this little taco stand. Ordered two breakfast burritos that I honestly believe are the best I've ever tried. $6 each, can't go wrong.

One of the best trucks in oregon and Washington for truckers!! This is my fave place to stop in Washington and oregon bc the food is SOOOOOOO good! The tacos el pastor are a staple! Authentic food!! I've tried a bunch of things like burritos (no lettuce, gotta say that stuff in the PNW). The sopas is really good. Tortas (carnitas)are super good, breakfast burritos are kinda small for the price the last couple times, but soooo good! The ladies working are ALWAYS really friendly. The rice is good, but the last time i got RFbeans they weren't as good as the times before, must have been a fluke. The papusas are ok, but not my fave here. The cooks are really good!

This little taco stand has a variety of different Mexican dishes and they are made to order. Some of the items are a bit pricey but it's something you'll have to deal with for good food! I love eating outside when the sun is nice and shiny and that is an option here. This joint is a ways away from anything but if you are stopping for fuel or a snack then this place is the way to go!

I have been stopping here for the last 3yrs every chance I get and have tried 85% of the menu, absolutely love it! My favorite dish is actually the super nachos with carnitas. On my way there now from Anacortes Wa.
