The rumor was that this place was tops. I did not find that exactly. Pretentious, yes. The food was lackluster for the price. Look to the neighboring restaurants for Verandas competition and this place has little to crow about, except the pretentiousness and higher prices. If the pretentious atmosphere is what your going for, then this is the spot. Yes I might eat here again. Second and third chances and all. Otherwise, I'll follow a wandering pallet and keep playing the field. Now if I could just get the servers attention to bring the check. I think 40 minutes after the meal is over is ample time to tabulate the check and deliver it to the diner, don't you?

Definitely 5*! The interior is immaculate and the service is the best I have received in Bydgoszcz. The quality of food is excellent and they bring you little bits of treasure along the way. I felt the price was on par for the quality of experience. 208 zloty or approximately $44 USD, which included 2 glasses of wine. I enjoyed the shrimp in butter with spinach for a starter, along with the halibut for entree and both were good choices. My 2nd visit was the Wagyu steak and it was good. Not as good as other comparable steaks I have had elsewhere for similar price. I would imagine for value the Polish sirloin would be a better option.

Only one 5 star and elegant restaurant that will accept casually dressed guests in Bydgoszcz. Finest ingriedients used in its traditional Polish cusine combined with molecular novelties and superb wine and spirit selection create an exceptional and distinct dining experience. Staff is dressed in smart uniforms and are politely eager to serve you.

Very cozy environment right next to the lake. Fantastic service by Karolina, very helpful and super nice. Good food, high quality!
