Rise Pies - Byron Center

The pizzas were served quickly and were very hot. We paid about $65 for 3 pizzas, breadsticks, and soda, which I found to be quite reasonable. All the food was delicious and fresh.

This place has gone downhill. They were out of water cups and would not give me a pop cup. Ridiculous a place shouldn't be out of water cups and if they are they should give out the pop cups that's pretty rude. They have also raised there prices quite a bit.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the fantastic meatballs.

I was surprised to find out how poorly a simple order of two thin-crust pizzas was handled at this restaurant. Instead of thin-crust, they provided a pan-style thick crust. When I politely pointed this out to the staff, they ignored me and continued making the pizzas their own way. At the register, I mentioned the mistake, but the girl insisted that they only make pizzas with thick crusts. This led to a lot of confusion and frustration. Eventually, after a long wait and much delay, I received my third attempt at the correct order, which had taken far too long to prepare and cut. I expressed my dissatisfaction once again, but the employees seemed clueless on how to fix the problem. It was clear that customer service was not a priority at this establishment. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with terrible service.

I ordered a chicken bacon pizza and noticed it was missing the bacon after I got home. Despite this, I still ate it and found it to be delicious.
