They are a working group that is not intimidated by anything and before throwing in the towel they explore all the possibilities. Regarding the decoration, crockery, food, service and other aspects of the catering, everything conformed to what was contracted and, in addition, what is the food and the wine, everything was quite good. Our menu was a cocktail type and the guests were satisfied without any complaints being made to us, nor was there any complaint with the staff who served us, always friendly and attentive, above all, that the couple tried everything that came out. When we decided to hire Juliana, everything seemed fine to us. R. He showed us the farm where we were going to get married and when they handed us their menus, everything seemed fine to us. Over the months our opinion of Juliana changed. We proposed a couple of changes and their responses were not adequate. The choice of tablecloths, cutlery and chairs was quite limited, and all the chairs that they normally put in their photos are extra paid. When we passed the budget for these services we saw that there was a change in prices and when we asked about it, we received a rather unpleasant answer. The contact with M. was so unpleasant that we decided to delegate this communication task to our Wedding Planner. It was very important to us that specific wines were served at our wedding, although nothing special. When we proposed to change them we also had problems, and when we asked them what wines they offered us, they were not clear, and we were offered the cheapest makro wines. We thought that the menu test would go better and we decided to give them one last chance, since they boast very good qualities. Our surprise was that neither the quality nor the service were up to par. We found bones in the hake, the cheeses were from Mercadona, we ate on a low plate and they cleaned our plates by hand, neither wine nor coffee was offered, the dishes were all shared, the desserts were frozen... (and a endless details). We left there super disappointed. R. In theory he was going to call us to solve some of the problems, but we never received his call. For what we decided, a month after the wedding NOT to count on Catering la Juliana for our wedding. When we commented our decision to R. He was neither surprised nor did he ask us for the reasons.
