Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I went on a small taco crawl tonight. We started here by asking a local for best tacos. We were very early, so it did not look open. We had al pastor tacos, they were fabulous authentic tacos. Meat, onion, cilantro. Then...a great salsa bar. Even pineapple to add to your pastor. It was very very yummy! $1.50 USD for meat tacos, a bit more for seafood.
We came here on the recommendation of my husband's boss. Without a map and a picture of the sign, we wouldn't ever have spotted this place it was a total hole in the wall. We had a taco al pastor, a carne asada one and a chorizo...one. They were all very good, but the chorizo was the standout (and all three together cost $4). It was a few blocks from the marina and tourist area, but just what we needed for an afternoon pick me up.
You must make this a stop for tacos while in Cabo. Across the street from Marina Coronas where the ambiance is a huge part of your meal, this taqueria has LOCAL COLOR, CHARACTER than you should not miss. The place is squeaky clean. The tacos...are great, nice sauces and some are HOT, the prices are the best value you can have while in Cabo. Make this your lunch stop or before dinner taco. You probably will be enjoying your snack with the locals since most tourist will be looking for a more expensive venue. El Conde!!
This place is a dive, but if you can get past the fact that it doesn't cater to tourists, it's a great little taqueria. Their menu is among the most simple I have ever seen they sell tacos, and only tacos (okay, technically they...sell beverages too). The brief menu is painted on the wall, and includes six types of taco meat such as carne asada and chorizo (sausage). Each taco is only 15 pesos, which was only a little over $1 USD when I was there. The tacos were piled high with meat and there was a self serve condiments bar that included lettuce, onions, hot peppers, and several types of salsa. The place seemed popular with the locals, and we were the only foreign tourists in the restaurant. I was very impressed by how tasty the tacos were at Taqueria el Conde. The restaurant is conveniently located just off the main drag in Cabo, only a block or two from the touristy places that serve $10 15 lunches. If you're looking for an inexpensive but tasty lunch, I'd highly recommend checking it out.
Bueno en un lugar pequeño e incómodo no te atienden rápido pero en fin terminando cenando tacos no muy buenos...More
