Mi Ranchito - Cabot

I ordered take out and I was very unhappy with my order which was the chicken with rice and cheese dip. The chicken was DRY and tough I couldn’t even cut it with a sharp knife and ended up throwing it away without eating it. My fiancé got the chicken enchiladas and really liked his meal. The cheese dip was good. I had high hopes for this place but wasn’t happy with the food.

The food was wonderful! I had the fajitas and they were the best I have had in ages. There was a little bit of a wait to be seated, but I would estimate it was equal to of a bit less than anywhere else we have been. Update (8-14-22) This place is still awesome! Food got to us quicker than almost anywhere else. I had the MI Ranchito Burrito today. Excellent flavor and very filling. Our server ensured our drinks didn't go dry and that we had everything taken care of. If you haven't been her you must go check it out.

We got here about 10 minutes before they opened so we were there early. The service was good and the food was great. It was the atmosphere that attracted me most. There's a courtyard inside with a fountain and skylights that makes it look like you're dining outside. I had an enchilada, chili relleno, and sides of beans and rice. The chips were warm and fresh, and the guacamole to go is so good I had 2! There were other customers eating, but I'm glad we stopped in early and got the total feel of the restaurant. Definitely recommended!

This place used to be better imo. Cheese dip was the consistency of water and corn tortillas were old. They disintegrated and fell into pieces when I tried to pick them up. Steak was tough. This was our go to for years but they seem to have gotten complacent.

Great food close to my house and needs sign on the hwy to show where located cause it's hid behind the basking robins there,,but nice place
