Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cabot

The girl at the counter taking the orders today was rude. The smoothies are good. I love the casual atmosphere.

This establishment is always so slow. I would suggest at least one more employee help during the day. People wait in the drive through and lobby waaay to long for our overpriced smoothies. It literally just sat behind someone in the drive-thru for 12 minutes before they decided to drive off AND THEY WERE AT THE WINDOW! Do better please.

I just went through and ordered some food and smoothies. First they were out of everything I ordered at first. Which isn’t a big deal I understand the shortages. I asked if they had sweet patatoes and they said yes. I went to the window then they informed me they didn’t have sweet patatoes. They also informed me that they were out of juice for my wife’s smoothie. Ok I got over it. Then I get home and they didn’t put any chipotle sauce on my sandwich. By far the worst experience I have had with them and this isn’t the first time. I will not be coming back.

I come here quite often and eat this Caribbean jerk wrap and a sunrise Sunset smoothie. The last two times I’ve gotten it it had pineapples. I always say no pineapples even when I get to the window and the read it back I make sure they say it. Got my lunch today and had to pick them all off. Once I took a bite it tasted off so bad I couldn’t even eat my wrap for lunch. Super sad about this…

This establishment has to be the slowest tropical smoothie ever. I eat at tropical smoothie quite often and have used many different ones and this one is always slow. I would suggest adding some more employees if that’s the issue.
