Bidra med feedbackWhen they were closed on Thursday night at 19 o'clock, the waitress began to serve us. as group of 2 we have ordered the bunge bo hue (spicy nudeln) and the bung mang vit (cover, bambus soup with vermicelli nudeln). the portion sizes were huge, we fought to finish both gigantic bowls of the hearty hot suppe. the broth was delicious, very similar to those made from black or bark bones and even tasting better. the waitress also added a small plate of grapes as dessert on the house that is always a plus. the 10-15 waiting time and friendly service made the whole dining room experience amazing, so I would definitely come back to try other dishes.
Amazing! have been exploring vegetarian places and this is the best place so far.. better than loving cottage in bankstown
The suppencies in this Vietnamese vegetarian vegan restaurant are incredibly delicious. the chef can slip that it passed with more than 10 crumbling, seasoning and other ingredients, naturally vegan. It is also interesting that the restaurant does not use monosodium glutamat (msg,) garlic or wobble in the suppenbestand (or other dishes made in the kitchen). I took bun bo hue (spicy faux beef noodle soup) for my friends and they thought it was one of the best bo hues they had ever tried. I came back a few times for the bun bo hue and had to write a review. the daily rice with three options seems to be very popular. it seems that many workers come from the environment to get the rice with three court choice to lunch or on the way to home dinner that is available to eat in or with. my favorite is the vegan faux fish that is fried with lemongrass and chili with a hauch of curry powder (ca xa ot) in Vietnamese, which is really good with the jasmine rice, but it is not available every day so they might want to call before to check whether they have it or can it for them. the restaurant has a comfortable facility and they are helped by friendly staff. the restaurant is located in the Buddhist tempelliebe and was founded to promote healthy and compassionate eating that is also delicious! I must declare an interest, my mother works in the restaurant and my aunt is one of the Buddhist now in the chua vien giac tempel (not for profit organization.) nevertheless I am quite sure, based on the comments of my friend about the take away bun bo hue I have them that my experience of bun bo hue definitiw is not pre-induced in any way.
Amazing !!! Been exploring vegetarian places and this is the best place so far .. Better than loving hut at Bankstown
The soup stocks at this Vietnamese Vegetarian / Vegan restaurant are incredibly tasty. The chef lets slip that she makes the stock with over 10 herbs, spices and other ingredients, all vegan of course. What's also interesting is that the restaurant doesn't use any monosodium glutamate (MSG), garlic or onions in the soup stock (or any of the other dishes made in the kitchen). I got some take away Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Faux Beef Noodle Soup) for my friends one time and they thought it was one of the best Bun Bo Hue stocks they had ever tasted. I've come back a few times for the Bun Bo Hue and had to write a review. The daily rice with three options appears to be quite popular. It appears that many workers from around the area pop in to get the rice with three dish choice for lunch or on the way home for dinner, which is available eat in or takeaway. My favourite is the vegan faux fish fried with lemon grass and chilli with a touch of curry powder, (called Ca Xao Xa Ot) in Vietnamese, which goes really well with the jasmine rice, but it isn't available everyday so you might want to call ahead to check if they have it or can make it for you.The restaurant has a comfortable decor and you are helped by friendly staff. The Restaurant is owned by the Buddhist temple charity and was established to promote healthy and compassionate eating that's also tasty! I do have to declare an interest, my mum works at the Restaurant and my Aunty is one of the Buddhist Nun at the Chua Vien Giac Temple (Not for profit organisation). Despite this, I am quite sure based on my friend's comments about the take away Bun Bo Hue I got them that my experience of the Bun Bo Hue is definitely not in any way biased.
