They present an ever changing menu, but our evening started with two exquisite oysters one smoked and one gin and tonic flavour and then to a tomato minestrone that freshly prepared your taste receptors for the following seared asparagus, and then the melt in the mouth beef and concluding on a rhubarb and cream high. All eaten as the sun goes down and the stars twinkle more brightly than you’ve ever seen them, in the dark, countryside skies. This is not just dinner out, this is a life experience…

It's an experience to never forget. On arrival, we were briefly explained how the night would evolve. We were served a variety of sofas and roses, with exquisite flavours. We were then driven to a winding walk through the vineyards to the bottom of the crater. I was impressed by the beautiful view. The bottom of the crater was covered with more vines and the crater wall was lined with thick and dense trees. We arrived at the picturesque kitchen dining room outside. We then made five beautifully designed dishes, with different wines to accompany, with the very talented chef explaining what combinations of ingredients were.
