Bidra med feedbackIn the heart of Cachi, we found a very nice place, made a previous one in the bar, bottle of wine and empanadas. It has different areas to eat. Very advisable!!!
This is a restaurant that has a growing popularity in Cachi. Its owners preserved a tradition of more than 100 years, since the casserole was built in 1830 totally with adobe and mud, with wooden boards. Its structure has been maintained throughout this time, becoming a reference point in the city. It is a place to feel at home, and it is the idea that they tried to respect their owners, who recycled this construction, without forgetting that it was always a family house, and the idea is that somehow it remains, feeling that is quickly perceived when entering. Its three rooms are warmly decorated with watercolours, oils, old posterry and photos and elements of the expeditions of its owner Martin Oliver. The Oliver Wine Bar also offers the best wines, collections of the best crops and thousands of tourists visit it all year just to try them out.
Very good and very homely menu. We order vegetable soup, lentil stew and dessert. All $4800. I had to unbutton the pants!! The excellent location and attention. Even the music.
It is a restaurant with a good menu to choose from and delicious drinks. Very well located in the square and with outdoor seats. Excellent music and friendly attention.
Very good food. There was only one person attending and it was quite slow to have lunch.
