Fun place to get a specialty cocktail. The menu changes seasonally.

I have never been to a distillery where even the almond milk in the coffee drinks is hand made there. Everything is a from scratch element. The red winter wheat bourbon is amazing and the cocktails were positively sublime. The space is beautiful too. I had the cocktail flight definitely a menu item for people who have some chops. The sarsaparilla slammer is a root beer tasting angel's kiss and Oliver's Ocean took me back to the Great Barrier Reef in a sip. Aquavet never knew it was a thing and was so glad to discover it here. Ricky made so many good recommendations. We were grateful for him. Our group also tried the last King Kong and ope all the berries everything was off the charts. We took a set of cocktails and did a walk about town. It was lovely. A all the way around!
