I have to say I went there for breakfast and the staff were lovely even kind enough to let me sister rest for a bit after a tooth extraction. Very kind people

This cafe is run on a charitable basis and is very good. The breakfast was very generous and well cooked. It is extremely clean.

My wife and I were looking for a light meal on a sunny afternoon and decided to stop at Bedwas. The Rock café was the first place we found, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although it is a Christian establishment, the religious aspect was not forced upon us. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Overall, a very lovely experience that was also very reasonably priced.

I had food once and it was lovely but I visit on regular basis to the shop part as I am a christian so always so much for me to choose from lovely friendly people too

Excellent food. Really enjoyed our visit. Good breakfasts at a good price. On the very frequent A bus route.
