We just had lunch at Centrio and unfortunately, it wasn't great. The pancit canton was overly salty, and the Bangus-Tinola looked poorly prepared, with some residue stuck to the shell rim. It had a rather concerning appearance and a strong smell of raw fish. We ended up having to break it. Overall, the food served here is nowhere near the quality you'd find close to SM. Please improve your standards.

Eating is quite expensive. They are super understaffed so expect super slow service. There was a male server that knew how to take initiative. The ambience is very bad. The second floor is so unpleasant. I suggest you serve a music and a consistent staff on another floor. You have no security. Beggars can enter at any time. There's another star beta, the food is still good.

Kudos to the girl crew member. Our toddler spilled her iced tea and she cleaned it right away. We shot our toddler when we said she didn't have an iced tea because she spilled him, and this girl team member came to us and asked us if our toddler drinks juice. We said yes, and she left.
