Absolutely ****. The people on the phone don’t understand the simplest of order . And they are the most illiterate when trying to resolve a fault of their own. Will never order from here again

Hygienically, i would give 0 because i have seen staff not wearing jewellery beards not covered,food also doesn't taste good. it looks like they are using cheap ingredients. Waiting time is way too long.

STAY CLEAR! Awful food ordered chicken royal bucket, it had hairs on chicken, not cooked properly and chicken was off! When complained to staff the so called acting manager Rafiq got aggressive and rude. Shocking customer service! Not a family friendly place. Stay clear! We earn our money the hard and expect decent quality food. This place is just a front for money laundering! Stay clear.

I ordered a Pamo thing, picture looked great, description spot on…the result was a load of mush on a massive slab of dry chicken with tasteless bland chips….might be a one off but has to go in the bracket of worse than awful….the others who had chosen said there’s was pretty average…..maybe look elsewhere

Got a pizza from them today. Wasn’t cheap either it had about 9 pieces of chicken on it and the keema was just scattered on the top and burnt. Since it’s been under new management it’s gone downhill. Don’t waste your money here. They do t know how to cook the simplest of food. Absolutely disgusted!
