Denny's - Caldwell

I only waited a few minutes to be seated, but then the waitress disappeared for 5-10 minutes. I almost left, but she eventually returned and asked if I needed more time. She took my drink order (coffee) and my food order, then vanished again. When she finally brought out my lunch, I asked for my drink again, and she said she would get it. After that, I never saw her again. I finished my meal and waited for a while. Finally, a pregnant woman who I assumed was a manager came by and asked if I needed anything. I told her I would be fine. She checked on me, but by then it was too late. I usually tip very well, but this was the first time I didn’t leave a tip. The service was terrible, and they weren't even busy.

The service was slow, and the first cup of coffee was cold, but the second cup was hot. The food, however, was good.

Hailey is the most enthusiastic person I've encountered recently, and even though the restaurant was short-staffed, she managed her role exceptionally well! The food was great, and I truly enjoyed being served by her.

The new management has done a excellent job at making this place great to come to. We’ve always liked the food here but long waits to be seated and even longer for the food kept us away. We I’ll definitely be coming more often now I ordered a omelet and biscuits and gravy both were so delicious I think that was the best omelette I’ve ever had. Great job keep up the good work

Stayed in the back parking lot overnight in my converted van. I'll Felt safe, no problems at all.
