Dunkin' - Caldwell

Bit slow service and too much mill in my iced coffee. I was in a hurry or I would have gone back in.

I'm a big fan of Dunkin' and have visited multiple times. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. However, I believe they could enhance the flavor of their iced and frozen drinks, especially when customers specify their preferences.

I would give it no stars . Poor customer service they took my order wrong then I corrected them. Then my bacon egg and cheese was made in a croissant no English muffins. But that's not it instead of making me a new sandwich they took off the egg and bacon which was melted with cheese and put it on a English muffins right in front of me very unprofessional.

We waited 8 minutes in an empty shop to get a dozen donuts. Two people work, one sweep the floor others do, who knows what. Had my phone to scan for the employee on the reward program app for them. She totally ignored it and once we said that you could scan it, she was very angry and expressed that the order had already been completed in a very angry way. When we chose the Donuts, she said to us “What you want”. Has not checked any points for our purchase and will not be returned.
