I have always ordered pizza from this restaurant, and it has consistently been excellent. However, during my last visit, they messed up my order. The customer service promised me a free pizza on my next order as a goodwill gesture. When I placed my order again, the supervisor on duty informed me that he couldn't honor the free pizza offer, and he was quite rude to his employee who had initially suggested it. Eventually, he offered me a free pizza but charged me $30 for a second pizza. My original order had cost $32, so I’m puzzled as to how a pizza can cost almost as much as two.

If I could give fewer than one star, I certainly would. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Clearly, reading the delivery details isn't a requirement. I will never order from Pizza Hat again. Meal type: Other; Price per person: CA$30–40.
