Your staff is properly trained on how to cook food to a safe temperature and food safety handling.I'm writing this review at 3am after I scrubbed puke out of my carpets, because my son has food poisoning after eating here. I CAN confirm it was his hamburger because that is exactly what I cleaned up. Not fun for either of us on a school/work night.I want to make management aware so they meet food quality standards in the future. Judging based on other reviews, you really need to spend more time training your employees on food prep and food safety.
The only reason I gave it four instead of five is because on occasion, the food's cold. It's rare enough for me to continue to go there, though, so if you want to stop by, it's your call! Everyone there is very approachable and friendly, so service is on point, and the atmosphere feels kinda like a cafe on a corner somewhere, probably because of its location. Overall, a good stop if you're hungry!
Bro if you burn the biscuits why tf would you still try to sell them to paying customers? Ridiculous. And the gravy was curdled from not making it correctly. You choose to work there the least you can do is do your job correctly Jesus. Disgusting. You should also ask the customer if they want the large size instead of just ringing up large making people pay more than what they asked for.
