Kfc -  Calgary,

Tried the famous chicken sandwich since I was reading reviews of Popeyes and KFC chicken sandwiches and KFC 's was pretty good. Next is Popeyes.Parking: Free and plenty at lunch time

This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. We were told we would have to wait 15 minutes, but ended up waiting for 35 minutes. The wait time kept getting pushed back, first to 5 minutes, then to 1 minute, and then multiple times it was extended by 1 minute.

Even though we dined in, they still neglected to provide cutlery, napkins, and dipping sauces. I give them one star for consistency.

I ordered a large serving of corn at this restaurant, but was surprised to find that it wasn't included as a side dish and I had to pay full price for it. It was $7.50, whereas it used to be $6. Additionally, the serving size seemed to have decreased significantly, with only 1/3 of the bowl filled. This was quite disappointing as it used to be at least 80% full in the past. I'm not sure if this is a new policy at all KFC locations or just this particular one. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience.

I have no idea what had happened, but this was the worst order of food my family and I have ever had. The chicken was unbelievably greasy and gross, just lifting a piece out of the bucket you can see all the oil and grease dripping off. The grease/oil pooled at the bottom. And the chicken skin was wet and soggy and just slid off. And the fries are seasoned?? Extremely disappointing.
