Mcdonald's - Calgary

For a McD's in the hood, this one is actually pretty decent. My orders are always correct, the food is haphazardly slapped together (as I would expect from any McD's). Service is not consistent. The younger gen should learn to be as friendly as the older workers are. Being ignored is not nice.

Seeing the person on hand to help those in confusion at the kiosk was a smart thing they do

They never put ketchup packets in the bag. No matter how many times I order I have to ask for extra ketchup and there response it’s already in the bag, but there is none or they would give me 3 packets of ketchup.“Please add ketchup in every fries order”

I accidentally dropped my kid's drink on the floor and told the team members about it. What's crazy about it is they didn't have the courtesy to replace it. I don't know but is it just me who will be happy to replace my customer's drink, especially if it's just a small apple juice drink ??‍

This is one of the better locations where the fries are cooked right and thr burgers are juicy and hot.
