Mcdonald's - Calgary

I've consistently encountered unacceptable wait times (averaging 15+ minutes) and experienced rude behavior from McDonald's staff during Uber Eats pickups. The lack of respect and delayed service reflects poorly on the restaurant's professionalism and customer service.

Every time the order is missing items. Seriously how do u screw up a skip the dishes order. HotcakesWith no syrup, no juice, a chocolate milk disguised as regular milk yet u still bank my money. DO NOT USE THIS

The only McDonald's location that tastes great in my experience. The other ones had burnt buns, dry patties, etc. Here the quarter pounder is juicy

I had a lovely young lady named Hannah that helped me at the first window where you pay. She asked what I had ordered and when I told her she corrected the issue even tho the computer was giving her grief....alot of grief. I apologized and said it was ok to give me the initial order that wasn't right and she said...why are you apologizing...I'll make sure it's right because you are paying and you should get what you want. She went out of her way to make it right and was very professional, polite, pleasant and happy to be helping. She deserves praise because she so deserves it! We don't hear it enough when we do a great job. Keep up the awesome work Hannah and thank you for taking the extra time for me. You rock!

There is a manager in the morning is excellent. Very happy, clear, and thorough. Love my morning McDonald's coffee before hitting site!
