Ordered a filet fish meal. The lady at the first window was awesome. However the lady at the 2nd window was rude. I was asked to wait for my food at a stall, however I declined to do this and said I will wait. Only because twice before I was left waiting because they forgot about me. I swore I was never going to wait at the stalls ever again. Before I could elaborate, the lady told me it will be 4 min. and slammed the window closed. A min later she hands me my food. Was it even cooked? First time ever that I didn’t get a straw for my drink.

The tall male Ogre manager needs to cheer TF up. Not a single smile. Just a grouch. I order 2 sausage rounds He looks at me like I 'm dumb AF and says what I look at him like he 's dumb, and say Yaaaa.... the round sausage where he replies So the sausage patty Like really??? You 're correcting your guests when you knew damn well what I wanted, while also treating me like I 'm an idiot?? Yikes!!!!!Your cookies were stale and service is all over the place, with Ogre doing laps in the restaurant, NOT cleaning as he went. Bahahha. Pathetic.Stop wasting so much product!!! I dont need jam and peanut butter and syrup and 8 Napkins for 2 sausage and 1 egg.

I didnt do review first time but this happened to me 2nd time. i went there after 10pm and they give you cold stuff, first time it was fries and sexons time, it was coffee, even though u tell its cold. Too bad, i dont know what kind of people run this, no wonder it haa 3 star

Every now and then they get it right but more often than not a) we have to park and wait 15 min for food. And b) something in the order is missing... even in a Happy Meal. How do you miss the toy and the fries. Once they even missed the chicken mcnuggets.
