Papa Johns Pizza - Calgary

I guess most of the problems are delivery related. I always order online and pick up and never had a problem. Excellent pizza. Either I'm picky or other Calgary folks would eat whatever, but to me this is the best pizza in Calgary. Yes, I tried almost everything else.

He tried to order pizza, the person who answered was the only one who worked and already made a job. was stopped 15 minutes before hanging up and.l went only to dominos.

We like Papa John's, but have had several repeated bad experiences with this location. Whenever there is an issue with an order, they refuse to acept any fault. We have received pizzas with holes in the crust and missing items. Management says they cannot do anything to help or passed the blame to delivery companies or the Papa John's website. They do not offer any help, or resolution to make it right. This review is after about 5 visits, hoping the experience will be better, but it has not improved. If you love Papa John's go to another location or choose a different restaurant who appreciates there customers!

I am surprised to see such low Google reviews for this place, now keep in mind I have only been here once or twice, but in my experience the service was quite decent, not the fastest but not bad. Now, with regards to the pizza itself I mean you know you are getting a fast food style pizza so people should not expect something like you would get at Il Centro or Lina's, or even the Italian center. Pretty good for what it is.

This place has lost my business I have had lots of meals from papas in the past from a different location and loved it everytime!!! Not tonight's meal from Seton location stale cold and not edible.i do not recommend the Seton location at all avoid this store if u are looking for good food
