Ricky's All Day Grill - Calgary

This is our 2nd time going for an early lunch/brunch at this location. Menu is extensive. Lots of choices. Service was quick. Large portions of good hearty food.

Went to this restaurant for a second time. It was 7pm but I wanted breakfast. Not much eggs choices but when I asked the waitress she checked with the kitchen. She came back to tell us that although they had a new menu the kitchen would prepare fresh whatever we wanted. Not many chain restaurants would go that far to accommodate. I chose the Yukon that was on the menu. WOW. Great customer service, food and customer appreciation. Will be back

I submitted, twice, my contact information for the management to contact me as they requested. A month later and I have heard nothing. Very disappointed, once again.

We went to this restaurant at approximately 1:30 PM on Mother's Day. It was only about half-full but the service and the food was just terrible. We both ordered eggs medium done. They both came absolutely raw and my hashbrowns were literally one flat piece of crusty potato. I sent mine back with the assurance it was going to be done right. When it came back the eggs were runnier than the first time and the hashbrowns were barely cooked. No one came by our table to ask how the second meal was. I ate the toast and some of the hashbrowns and left the rest on my plate. At one point during the meal I had to get up to go to the cashier to ask for coffee. The restaurant seemed to be sufficiently staffed so I just don't know what the issue was. On our way out the manager was just walking in so we stopped to tell him the problems. He didn't charge for our meal which I was grateful for because I didn't feel it was worth paying for. In short, not a very pleasant experience for Mother's Day. Thankfully the company I was with was outstanding!

Went for breakfast. The omelette was bland, egg was overlooked. My son in law and daughter had brekky bowls and they were excellent. I hate that they charge for hot sauce.
