Smashburger - Calgary

Food was very good and the service as well. The staff is friendly anf the manager interacts with the customers. Good atmosphere. A bit pricey for what you get.

The manager, Ken, was very nice and provided wonderful service. The burger was tasty but nothing special for the price. Also nice to have the option to get a gluten free Udis bun, but shares the toaster with the regular buns so not an option for celiacs. Overall quite enjoyable and I will be back.

For the price you pay and what you get - I'll just go to McDonalds thanks.Don't get me wrong - decent burger, great milkshake.However, for the price of the burger, I'd expect better. The milkshake - seriously? This is a $5 milkshake in a $2.00 sized cup only 75% full. I was fairly pissed.Definitely will not be back.

I have been to this location twice and both times I have been unimpressed. Burgers are just overpriced with enough sodium to last you the week. Hamburger grease was dripping off the burger, so I question the quality of the meat.Milk shakes were just flavored milk, guess they forgot the ice cream, sad example for 5 bucks. Fries would have to be the high point of the visit, both in quantity and quality.Service: front end staff were disfunctional at best, with questionable hygiene, handling orders without washing hands and using dirty rags to clean up the mess.For 2 adults over 30 bucks for burgers, fries and shakes. Save your money or find another place where you will get more quality for your money.Ushally don't review fast food, but due to price point I would expect a lot more when it comes to quality and service.

The burgers here are fantastic, both the beef and the chicken. We have gone here twice now and will probably go back again. Definitely recommend.
