Starbucks - Calgary

My favorite Starbucks. The staff is awesome. A good place to work or grab a drink.

This drive-thru is incredibly slow, even when there are no other cars. I placed my order through the app and received a notification that it was ready, but still had to wait a long time every time I arrived to pick it up. This is unacceptable, especially for those with busy schedules who can't afford to wait 25 minutes for an order that should already be prepared.

I don't visit Starbucks frequently, but I had to get my dog a pup cup. She absolutely loved it. I also appreciate that it's complimentary.

The cashier's attitude was not polite. The barista and all others are great.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese they game me a plain bagel 0 cream cheese I called asked what could be done about it and the girl said to come back in and they would give me a new bagel I didn't realize there was a time limit on thier customer service I went in today to get the bagel and they said that too much time had passed and there's no record of it. Staff should take records of the drive through errors and customers should be reimbursed for not receiving what they ordered... Have you ever tried to eat a dry bagel? It awful FYI I was not happy with the customer service and I'll go to tim hortons from now on :
