The Banquet University District

We’ve been to Banquet a few times before and have been happy with the food and the service. We had 2 kids meals and 3 adult meals. Kids meals came first. Adult ones about 10 min after and meals were totally cold. I’m not sure if it was the service or the kitchen that it was cold.

Ok waitress was good she had 15 tables by herself. That’s about it

Food is ‘meh’, ordered crispy dill pickle appetizer and had to send it back as batter was raw, daughter’s Chicken carbonara was bland, other meals were only ok. Server was lovely, atmosphere is cool, but have given it a few attempts now and unfortunately the food quality just doesn’t warrant a return trip.

Live music was quite loud. Server was polite but it was ridiculously slow. (Not the servers fault there were not enough staff working.)We waited 30 minutes after ordering for our drinks. The table beside us left since no one served them.

Unfortunately would not recommend or got back to the Banquet. Was very disappointed with food and service. Food was over spiced and salty and waited for an hour to get our first round of drinks and waited an additional 45 to order food.
