My friends, the burger at this restaurant was incredible. It was so delicious that I was left speechless. It wasn't just a case of a good burger cooked poorly, it was just perfect.

Due to Covid, we have only been ordering takeout, but the food is still excellent. The restaurant has created a separate pickup counter to ensure safety.

I remember going here a number of years ago and getting a great burger. My current experience matched if not exceeded my memories. I had the Garrison Burger - basically, a tricked out bacon cheese burger. It had a fresh made patty cooked to perfection, still juicy, well-melted cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickle on I think a brioche bun. It was very well seasoned and very tasty, served reasonably quickly for the quality. I had a side salad that was very good with slivered almonds, strawberries, and a very good vinaigrette. My dining companion had the wings special and the tomato basil soup - both very good. We shared a side of fries as well and what arrived was a large dinner sized plate heaped with excellent, very tasty french fries. Our waitress was relaxed, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere (military touches befitting the name and former military base in the area) was very nice. We went on a Monday night and it was not too busy or loud.

We went to The Garrison Pub late on a Tuesday night and it was packed, there was literally one table open. And there wasn't even entertainment that night or anything. The food was good and it arrived in a decent amount of time even though it was busy. Decent selection of beer. Good service. The decor is awesome (lots of world war era photos from when the area was actually a garrison). Lots of TVs if watching a game with drinks or your meal is your thing. And... ther's a dish of hard candies by the door. All in all, worth it.
