Starbucks - Calhoun

Employees are rude and complain about the drive-thru customers with no discreet whatsoever. Bathrooms and lobby are also dirty. I saw an employee use the broom to clean the TOP of a table. Keep in mind it’s the same broom they use to sweep the dirty floor with. During all this, I was studying in the lobby. It’s around 8PM and an employee turns off the lobby lights, leaving me and other customers in the dark. I thought this was rude. She could have announced that they were closing the lobby early since there’s no sign indicating that. I feel like there’s no management at all, they kinda do as they please.

The food was top-notch, easily deserving a perfect score. The service was equally impressive—efficient and friendly. The atmosphere, even for takeout, was inviting and pleasant.
