Typically, this restaurant provides great service, but my experience on March 3, 2022, at 8:30 PM was frustrating. After waiting for 15 minutes without any attention, I finally spoke up and said hello. The staff member had the nerve to respond that he would be with me shortly, even though the second lane had already taken orders from four cars. I was so annoyed that I decided to leave instead.

The burgers were consistently served cold, and the staff seemed indifferent. The service was extremely slow; I had to wait 15 minutes, and everything arrived cold.
