We were at the aagoradesign2021 in martan and we discovered sanna. but the discovery was more accurate: superlative from reception to staff, raw materials, exclusivity, elegance, goodness, anti covid19 rules. very kind, helpful and in addition to preparing the owner who told us the vines and dishes we would swallow, pampering us during the dinner also at the end dinner with iced myrtle and torrone of tonara. Since always, carlo sanna is a symbol of high professionalism regarding catering. if not the only one, remained one of the few to exercise this work to perfection, selecting raw materials and fish with extreme care looking for the maximum freshness and the best product on the market. At dinner from Sanna means enjoying a culinary experience. ‘historical’ menu always able to give a great dinner; excellent raw and delicious appetizers the first with spaghetti with bottarga (to try) and the cavatelli with seafood (sublimi.) roasting of squids and vegetables in batter can seem a second trivial but the freshness of the calamaro gives a second different from the competition.
