Vincent Arroyo Winery - CALISTOGA

We had the most amazing experience here! Teddy was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience very personal. We got to tour where the winemaking happens, we were able to sample lots of wines, and learned lots about the winemaking process. The wine was delicious!! We also loved the resident winery dog, Rosie. We will certainly be back!

This winery was our first visit of the day and our first trip to Calistoga. We were warmly greeted by David who showed us around the vines, olive trees, production facility and more. He was very knowledgeable and our tasting was fantastic.This is a hidden gem in Calistoga and well worth visiting. I highly recommend putting this on your list!

We walked up from downtown Calistoga without a reservation (apparently recommended) and Jeffrey very kindly let us do a wine tasting and was quite a fun host! He told us loads of info about the winery and great stories about Tahoe, Berkeley, and driving celebrities around Napa! Thank you Jeffrey!

We have done a lot of wine tastings, and this was honestly one of the most enjoyable tastings we have ever done. Ted was so knowledgeable; with so many interesting facts; we actually learned a lot. It was a leisurely tasting with another couple from Toronto out in their rose garden. Tastings were $30, with tasting fee waived with 3 bottle purchase, so we got a bottle of Sangiovese, Estate Petite Syrah and Chardonnay, which were all excellent.

Love the Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar here, as well as some select wines. Our favs were the zinfandel, cab, chardonnay, and petite syrah. But we keep coming back for the vinegar which is great in so many things. Rosie the dog is sweet. This used to be quite the hidden gem with complimentary tour and tastings, but despite it being $30 now for tasting (appt only), they still give great service and hospitality, we are so glad they have boosted popularity and is still one of our favorite Napa St Helena wineries.
