I was lucky enough to dine here tonight. This might be the BEST restaurant I have ever experienced. I am from Los Angeles and have travelled the world and dined at many top notch restaurants. Do NOT miss Agua de mar while visiting Cartagena. Run do not walk to Agua de Mar.
