Surprise and refinement. Surprise because I had not returned to the Voûtes since the change of owner, I expected to hamburger of course of quality but hamburger anyway. Second surprise because we were alone for the whole time of lunch. Refining in the place has been relooked with great care. Refining also and especially in the plate with dishes studied and very well presented. A small flat on the dessert not very happy.
