I order the shrimp dinner it came with 6 shrimp and 2 side for $11.00 and I order 2 fish dinners with 2 side for $9.00 each , and 2 extra pieces of fish for $5.50. How does that add up to $41.50? I get $34.50 tax

We hadn't visited in a while, but we decided to return. Jenn and her husband were extremely friendly and catered to all our needs. We love coming to Embers/Kenbar because we can enjoy a few drinks without worrying about driving home afterward. The rooms may not be luxurious, but all we really need is a comfortable bed to sleep in.

I ordered the shrimp dinner, which included 6 shrimp and 2 sides for $11.00. Additionally, I ordered 2 fish dinners with 2 sides for $9.00 each, and 2 extra pieces of fish for $5.50. However, the total came to $41.50. I calculated it to be $34.50 before tax. How is that possible?
